Signet Group has utilised the services of Groomfield Recruitment at our Birmingham Distribution Centre over several years to support our peak period activities with temporary staff. In that time, they have integrated and grown their service by understanding our business and endeavouring to find the right resource to match our requirements.
In comparison to their competitors, the Groomfield team, most notably Nikke, Liberty and Mark, go the extra mile to understand our business by experiencing the work for themselves. This gives them a unique insight to support their search for suitable candidates.

The team are present when inducting their staff and make regular visits to site to liaise with the Signet management team and provide direct support for their staff. As with any temporary resource service, when inevitable staff issues do arise, Groomfield are quick to communicate and resolve any situation.
From my experience, unlike so many of their competitors, Groomfield have a pleasing habit of delivering their promises.
