Customer Service Specialist, Bracknell
Our Globally recognised client is currently looking for a Customer Issue Resolution Specialist to join their head office in Bracknell. You will be working within a luxurious and modern office environment. Your daily duties include:
- To investigate the root cause of Issues, ranging from Invoice Queries, Pricing, Supply Chain queries and work as a team to resolve within a timely manner.
- Raise Credits and Debits within SAP and coordinate Returns where applicable to satisfy Issue resolution, Financial Standards and Customer Expectations.
- Analyse issue history to proactively investigate any potential issues and rectify upfront.
- To ensure all transactions meet required compliance standards at all times.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of SAP systems and have previous experienced within a customer service role (either face to face or over the phone).
Working hours: 37.5 hours a week (flexible).
Contract Length: 12 months.
Pay Rate: £13.20
