Senior Customer Service Advisor – £17,000 – £18,000 – Birmingham City Centre
Our Client, a leading company based in the centre of Birmingham are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to manage a team of 4. Previous experience of supervising a team is preferred but not essential, if you have experience of supervising a team in a Managers absence looking for the next step up this role will be ideal.
Ensure all staff complete induction training within the probationary period and that all staff within the team have the training skills to aid them in their role.
Maintain and manage customer requests.
To observe company procedures and rules and in particular Health and Safety requirements.
To maintain confidentiality regarding customer records and sensitive information.
Perform one to one meetings to deliver KPI results with the team.
Deputise for the Customer Service Manager when required.
Be proficient in the company’s handbook with capability disciplinary cases.
Ensure all contact from customers’ is promptly responded to within the timescales set out within the department.
Maintain confidentiality regarding customers’ records and sensitive information.
Assist the Customer Service Team with calls as and when is needed.
Ensure all emails from the Customer Care inbox are responded to within 2 working days.
Develop letter writing for replying to customers’
Ensure all complaints are handled and responded to within 10 working days.
Any serious complaints are escalated to the Customer Service Manager.
Assist with recruitment for Customer Service Team.
Working Hours 9am – 17:30pm
