We are currently seeking an Administrator/Purchase Ledger to join our successful client based in Tamworth on an 18-month contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a growing business and although is contract based, it may have the opportunity to develop into a more permanent role.
Duties will include:
- Purchase Ledger – Scanning & inputting and matching to delivery notes.
- Raising purchase queries & variances.
- Sales orders taking and entering.
- Credit Card transactions.
- Maintain filing system.
- Monthly statement reconciliation with regards to suppliers.
You will be working within a friendly working environment and be required to work as part of a team, as well as on your own.
You will have strong admin experience and ideally have some experience working in Purchase Ledger.
Pay – £9.50 per hour.
Working hours – 8:30am – 5:00pm – Monday – Friday.
