If so, we want to speak with you! Our expanding Client in Solihull are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join their vibrant team on a temporary to permanent basis. Immediate interviews are available and successful candidates will be required to start ASAP!!!

Duties Include:

  • Delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Transferring calls to the relevant department, as and when necessary.
  • Working to call targets on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring compliance standards are met.
  • Ensuring all relevant information is logged onto the database.


  • Must drive due to the location
  • Must be available immediately.
  • Previous experience within a retail or contact centre environment.
  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent telephone manner.

Working Hours:

  • Working hours will be on a shift basis, between the hours of 8am – 7pm, including weekends.
  • Full-time, Temporary, Permanent


  • £18,000.00 salary with bonus opportunities
