Customer Service Representative
Do you have customer service experience of at least 2 years?
Do you have experience with working on an account management level and building relationships with existing clients?
If so then my client wants YOU to join their thriving team in Loughborough.
Your daily duties will include:
- To provide service and support through utilising SAP for order entry & order management.
- Ensuring all transactions meet required compliance standards and defined Service Level Agreements at all times.
- Being assigned to key accounts and building relationships.
- Proactive account and order management
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Customer Services with an excellent telephone manner. It is preferred that the candidate has knowledge SAP and worked within an account management role.
Hourly Rate – £13.00
Working hours – flexible working hours, 37.50-hour week, Monday – Friday.
Contract – 12 months (+).
