Customer Service Representative
Do you have over 2 years’ experience working as a Customer Service Representative, dealing with customers via telephone and face to face?
Do you have strong data entry and order management experience?
Are you used to working with customers on a B2B basis?
If so then my client wants YOU to join their thriving team in Manchester.
Your daily duties will include:
- To provide service and support through utilizing SAP for order entry & order management.
- Ensuring all transactions meet required compliance standards and defined Service Level Agreements at all times.
- To proactively notify customers of any issues with transmitting or entering their order due to pricing or MOQ issues.
- To liaise with the business on customer relationship management utilizing SalesForce functionality
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Customer Services with an excellent telephone manner. It is preferred that the candidate has knowledge of SAP and Salesforce systems.
Hourly Rate – £13.72.
Working hours – flexible working hours, 36.25-hour week, Monday – Friday.
Contract – 12 months (+).
