Track and Trace Operator

We are currently looking for a number of temporary positions for the track and trace project. You will be working from the comfort of your own home with various hours available. These roles are contracted until the end of January 2021 – possibly longer. Please do not apply if you haven’t worked on Track and Trace previously.

Duties include:

  • Responding to notifications with information which you must respond to ASAP.
  • Making outbound calls to discuss confirmed cases with the infected and those who have been in contact with covid-19 cases.
  • Inputting all the relevant information into the system.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in Track and Trace and be available to start as soon as possible. Please do not apply if you haven’t worked on Track and Trace previously.

You must have at least version 10 of windows on your computer and your device cannot be an Apple device.

This is a temporary on-going position.

Various shifts available:

Full time:

Mon – Fri: 8am – 4pm

Mon – Fri: 9am – 5pm,

Mon – Fri: 10am – 6pm

Mon – Fri: 11am – 7pm

Weekend 10am – 4pm either on Saturday or Sunday

Part time:

Mon – Fri 1pm – 7pm

Weekend 10-4 either on Saturday or Sunday or both.

You can chose your working hours for Part Time hours.

Pay is national minimum wage age dependent.
